The restaurants are very well designed with a very tranquil view of the water body in the hotel. The selection was very nice, and the staff and very courteous as well as most helpful. Mr Ramesh, who is the restaurant Manager took the time to attend to the specific needs, and maintained a good decor of the restaurant. Ms Lakshmi was most helpful in helping to choose the fare. Ms Durga did a great job with excellent service at the table

The location is excellent , the design is good. Can see the Tirumala hills from the vicinity. All good hotels, food joints are near vicinity.

The hotel didn't maintained the Boutique hotel standard service. Worse service never expected

Location is good, close to busstand and shopping area and hotel. The interior designer has done a good job, compensates for the small room.
