The hotel is similar as per the pictures on Booking.com. This hotel is famous as it has been displayed in movies. Lots of people always taking pictures outside the hotel. STAFFS : Special thanks to Mr Adrien, Mr Kalay , Ms Yoshita , the GM Mr Dino, the restaurant staffs . You all made our stay amazing and made us felt at home. ❤️ From day 1, all the staffs were so kind, always smiling and willing to go extra miles. ROOM : The room was spacious, clean and had all the required amneties ( TV with local and international channels ,mini bar , hair dryer, water , fruits , fan , AC , Shampoo , Moisturiser, dental kit , hot water, Iron on request etc..) BED : One of the most comfortable bed we had. We slept so well . If we had more days, we would extend our stay just to spend our day in bed . POOL : Clean, beautiful and so relaxing. FOOD : Fresh and tasty food. We still talked about that " mushroom sandwich " during our breakfast time at home. LOCATION : Lively street close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and tourist places. You can easily find rickshaw and there is a starbucks next to the hotel . We will consider the other CGH hotels for our other vacays !!

Amazing food and service. Very cosy and homey, and even a bit trendy/cool vibe. Felt very personal. I travelling alone and it was great for that too.

Construit à l'origine pour servir de résidence du maire, cet établissement classé 5 étoiles est entouré d'un jardin et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Pondichéry. Loved the attitude of the staff, very friendly, very helpful, especially Prabhu, Diki, Padmini and Gopal who went out of their way to make my husband and I comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the property and the staff out did themselves in making it extra special for my husband.

The complimentary Wi Fi allowed me to stay connected, while the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me.The hotel location near the railway station made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation.

On a tous aimer, l'accueil, le repas ainsi que le personnel était très agréable tout comme le directeur qui était très serviable, on conseille beaucoup cette hotel surtout pour le rapport qualité prix

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from the reception to housekeeping, the bar, and the restaurant. The breakfast: excellent, a wide variety of delicious options. I also loved the pool area—it’s a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pondicherry!
