Exceptional Check in/out experience: they provided a welcome drink to comfort the nausea feeling after a long trip from the airport. During the check out, they offered a cake while checking out and asking for feedback. And gave a blessing of water by Ganga river as a souvenir to bring back. This warm gesture isn't just protocol as the other 5-7 stars hotels do. It's well-thoughts and empathizes with the travellers sincerely. 2. Culture experience: there is a Ganga's Arrti at the river bank everyday. We got a chance to participate in a ritual and dip in the holy water with a safe, clean condition. The ritual was beautiful. It's the same authenticity as visiting the most famous Ganga Arrti but in a private setting. 3. Activities: we didn't get bored with our stay. We did morning yoga sessions next to the swimming pool and river view every morning. The yoga instructor was very nice. She guided us depending on our condition. There was a very interesting stargazing experience (paid), the guided was very knowledgeable to share a lot of stories. 4. Restaurant was amazing. I tasted all kinds of Indian dishes from north to south. It was very delicious. 5. I especially love the shower gel products. Came to know it's a famous brand for organic beauty care brand.
