The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option. It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

From the accommodation and location to the lovely hosts and the warm atmosphere – everything was perfect. This was our second time staying here, and if we travel to Italy again, we will definitely come back. This time, we planned our stay so we could visit their restaurant, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The food, the atmosphere, and the mini concert made it a special evening and a wonderful bonus to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom is just amazing. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay – even slippers, a coffee machine with capsules, and a small fridge. The decoration of the rooms, hallways, and the outdoor area creates a magical and welcoming feeling. If it was possible to give more than 10 points, this place would definitely deserve it.

Situé à seulement 12 minutes de marche de la vieille ville d'Udine, l'Hotel Clocchiatti Next se compose d'une villa historique et d'un bâtiment moderne. The Hotel is nicely laid out. The Main Entrance is into a 19th century Italian Home and the Guest Rooms mostly in an L-Shape around the swimming Pool. The Rooms are airconditioned. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The Pillows were not those weird square ones that you get in Austria, but normal, rectangular pillows and sufficiently firm. The Buffet Breakfasts were outstanding - a real treat. So it the pool. The Family who own and run the Hotel do an excellent job and the wife who looks after Reception from around 6am to Lunchtime was super helpful. Nothing was too much of a trouble for her: advising about local Restaurants serving authentic Friulian Dishes and make the necessary reservations, as well as finding a Physiotherapist and booking an Appointment. Excellent service.
