Hachi-san and his family are lovely people and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay not only memorable but in fact unforgettable. When comparing the food to the other Ryokans and Minshukus we stayed at we felt that here it was the highest quality and also everything was explained to us clearly and proactively, how to enjoy all the different dishes. Hachi-san took many great photos of us and even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Luggage forwarding worked great aswell.

Shuttles to and from the baths until 10 pm. Private Onsen bath is also quite comfy Excellent service. A little remark: i'm surprised about how good the coffee is from an automatic coffee machine.

The East Exit of JR Sannomiya Train Station is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is close to everything. Metro, subway, train station and grocery stores. The staff is very helpful. I love the amenities. The drinks are free from 5 to 8 ( red and white wine, all sorts of tea and coffee, there are free cookies, candies and chocolates as well) The bed and pillows are very comfortable and that is a plus for me.

The onsen was such a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring Himeji. The room is consistent in size with most hotels in Japan and had a good layout. I especially loved the free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. Incredible value. Great location (very close walk to Himeji shinkansen station)
