The view of Lion Rock is amazing. Great very clean pool. Attentive friendly staff. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food with a variety of choices catering to all tastes. Which is important as there are limited opportunities to dine away from the hotel.

Doté d'un coin salon sous un auvent dans le jardin tropical, le Dambulla Rock Arch est un établissement historique, à 3,1 km du temple d'Or de Dambulla. I love everything about this homestay. The family is awesome, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room is massive with a pantry and a large bathroom. There were sufficient hangers and a sturdy bar for us to hang our clothes and washing. The mosquito net covering the entire bed is such a wonderful add-on. Really appreciate all these details to ensure our comfort.

Every detail of the experience feels considered, from the beautifully curated interiors to the gentle rhythm of each day. The food was exceptional, and prepared and served with genuine hospitality. Ashburnham offers not just a break from the everyday, but a complete shift in pace. The whole fteam is gracious and attentive without ever being intrusive, and their warmth and professionalism enhanced the sense of calm and care. I travel a lot, and I don’t believe there’s anywhere quite like it, thank you Vish, Daniel and the team! We will return again I’m sure!
