Some rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Riad Sabah was really like an oasis when we walked inside after navigating the dark alleys of the medina. We were warmly greeted, and seated in the center courtyard- which was gorgeous! We were given mint tea and some delicious cookies while our paperwork was being done. (we are still looking to find more of those cookies!) Our bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and clean. (air conditioner worked great). breakfast was very lovely in the courtyard- with the fountains and the pool. You can also request to eat on the rooftop- which we forgot about. but it has a great view of the city. last- Mariem was super helpful- gave us many tips about the medina- and marked some things on the map for us. But she also suggested an excellent restaurant and called and made a reservation for us for dinner. (which was excellent- and the interior was incredibly beautiful!)

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. The Riad is really beautiful as showed on the photos. The hall is magnificent, and also the room with big windows and the rooftop terrace were very nice. Zouhaire (the manager) literally did everything to help us. No matter if it was finding a taxi, giving restaurand advice or organising a cooking class for us (highly recommended). We felt 100% welcome and supported in the best way. And also the location is a reason why I would recommend to stay at Fès Aicha. It's in the centre of the medina, but still very good accessible by car/taxi.

In the historical part of Fes, Riad Braya features an indoor swimming pool in the patio, a seating area, a courtyard with Italian marble and Moroccan zellige tiles. It has a terrace with mountain views. Feel and experience in Morocco style riad inside the Medina. The staff of Riad Braya are all awesome. What say special thank to Tariq who was the main staff taking care of us during our stay there. Tariq is very friendly and professional. The quality and value staying at Riad Braya exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Our stay here was everything we could have hoped. Our host Mohammed went above and beyond for every one of our needs. We are pleased to now be able to call him a friend. The roof top was always a delightful sanctuary. The location was also fantastic.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Great riad in the middle of the medina. Facilities were very comfortable and clean with a great breakfast. Hamza was fantastic and could not do enough to help, including providing a takeaway breakfast for our early check-out. We would highly recommend this place. Fes medina is hard to navigate at first and Google Maps is not always reliable, so don’t hesitate to contact Hamza for help if you need it.

Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. Staff was super nice and proactive, respectful

Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. Everything was perfect. The building was beautiful, the staff was always nice and ready to help (thanks again). The breakfast was abundant, really tasty and various. Plus we had dinner in the Riad twice (recommend since you won’t find a lot in the medina) and it was super. The room was clean, beautiful and the bed was big and comfortable. I am giving 10 because 11 is not in the list

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa.

All rooms offer views of the patio or medina, a seating area and TV. The en suite bathrooms feature colourful zellij and tadellakt tiles and a separate bath. Amazing hotel and spa, we loved the stay, amazing staff always available to bring us around or suggest places to go, they even provided a guide for one full day in fes, and we tried their hammam experience, really nice! Truly recommend this place!
