The property is perfectly located. There’s a beach within walking distance. And the restaurants are also within walking distance. You have a lot of options.

Recently renovated. Wifi works well. Late in the evening the main gate is locked and you get a key to open it. There's a cafeteria and restaurant within the hotel courtyard. Reception staff is super nice and helpful - Belem in particular. Across the street from the hotel there is a nice supermarket and lovely French bistrot. Plenty of shops around. I felt very safe in that neighborhood. To the waterfront it's a 10 min walk.

This boutique hotel is located right on Great Bay Beach, St. Maarten, and offers spacious rooms with 30-inch flat-screen cable TVs. Captain Hodge Pier is a 7-minute drive away. Breakfast was awesome,,, at first I didn't expect Breakfast was included,,, that was a great surprise,,, and I would love to say again,,, Breakfast was amazing,,, and the staff was awesome,,, and friendly,, you guys make us wanna go back to Holland Beach Hotel,,, Thank you guys,,,

Resort was great… only disappointing thing was that pool/bar area had been promised to be complete by March 1 and we left April 2 and it’s still at least a month from opening… pool is open but adjoining bar/patio area under construction.

The room was tidy and clean, the location was great as it is very close to the airport and 1 min to to the beach and many restaurants and bars nearby. The service 100% good, Amanda and Mathis were the best hosts! Also, the French breakfast was delicious.
