The location of the accommodation was perfect. It's very close to the beaches, the bus station. There are many shops, restaurants and of course the 5th Avenue within walking distance. Mariana was an excellent host.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

The location of the Hotel is insanely good. Stuff is very friendly and the prices are fair. All in all a sweet Mexican Hotel.

This distinctly stylish hotel is located just 50 metres from the sandy beach in the heart of Playa del Carmen with shopping, dining and nightlife available nearby. The hotel was excellent value for a small, older property. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and pool so it was quiet at night and we slept well in a comfortable bed with a nice comforter. There was construction going on in the next door property during the day, but nothing to do with Kinbe. The pool doesn't get much sun, so it was a cool dip but it was clean and very refreshing once we were in! Marie, on the front desk, was very helpful about getting around, and accomodating. We were allowed to leave our bags at the desk both before check in, and after check out to accommodate our schedule and make the most of our time there. You can walk straight down the street to the beach and there's a great restaurant/bar there. We found that piece of beach a bit rocky, but if you walk over one street it opens onto a better part of the beach. Very well located and a great place to stay if you are looking for beach, restaurants or night life nearby.
