Very good hotel with polite services.. my mother left her phone when we were checked out.. about 20mins travel on our way back to brunei.. they txted us and told us that a mobile phone left in one room that were in.. We retun back to the hotel and thanks them for such a responsibility service.. we will book this hotel in future.. thanks promenade

Bénéficiant d'un accès direct au centre commercial 1Borneo Hypermall, l'établissement The Klagan Regency propose des chambres modernes et climatisées avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Très belle appartement super bien agencé. Très belle suire, grande, spacieuse avec 2 beaux espaces, une immense salle de bain abec baignoire et douche, 2 WC, l'espace salon était top avec meme un bureau et frigo. Une vraie suite classe et top.
