National Park Schiermonnikoog offers a backdrop for Hotel Graaf Bernstorff which features a library, free bus service. The island’s pier is 3.7 km away. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we had a lovely view out to the park on the side of the hotel. There was no noise during the night and we slept well. The location is excellent in the middle of the village with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Boutique Hotel De Eilanden is located in Harlingen. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a seating area. Great, individually furnished room in a fantastic location. Our room was on the ground floor. However, since it faced the quiet side of the street, it was a wonderful overnight stay right in the center of town.

Hotel Stadsherberg Sneek is located 30 m from Sneek Waterpoort. It offers a Grand Cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. Rooms here will provide you with a tv. The hotel was very nice, the room spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value for money as well.

Het Weeshuis is located in the city centre of 'Hanzestad' Bolsward and offers accommodation set in a monumental building and former orphanage. Every day we had a beautiful breakfast set up for us in the main gathering room - delicious cheese, breads, pastries, soft boiled egg, fresh juices and coffee/tea. The room was large and the bed was without question like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had a very nice shower - large towels. The history and architecture add to it's charm. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here every time we visit.

Logement Overzee offers charming suites, set in this monumental building in the calm village of Nes. It has free Wi-Fi available throughout the building and a bicycle rental service next door. Very convenient to the main street , shops and restaurants. Easy street access . No stairs . Large bed , large double shower and tub . Bistro set with chairs outside the door and space to park your bike.

Situated in an authentic Frisian farmhouse, this small-scale hotel provides you with spacious, pleasant rooms and a beautiful garden with a tree orchard. Relax in the Finnish sauna. This was an amazing stay, the outside pod cabins are super nice and the view is out of this world! The staff are so friendly and nice, always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome, all local and home made products, they even requested halal meat for us from the supplier which was so considerate of them. We loved out stay there.

Badhotel Bruin, nestled between the dunes and the mudflats on Vlieland, offers Boutique-style rooms with private bathrooms. This hotel dates from 1896 and features free WiFi throughout the property. Great central location, very friendly staff. It was very quiet when we stayed so breakfast was specially prepared for us which was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. And the hotel is very dog friendly, first time that any accommodation I stayed in provided a proper dog bed.

A very clean and very luxurious hotel is LUX and with very kind receptionists. The reception staff speaks very nicely and helps you immediately with any problem.
