Beautiful, spacious, modern family apartments. One of the nicest Motels I have been to. Very helpful and super friendly hosts!

Located on the west coast of the south island, Theatre Royal Hotel offers a restaurant and a bar. The themed rooms offer antique furnishings and cable TV. Some rooms include free WiFi access. Pleasantly surprised. The old hotel has been nicely renovated and is furnished with period pieces. It was like stepping back in time. I liked the way they named their rooms for old celebrities. Lovely pub with outdoor dining

Backing onto peaceful greenery, 10 Cottages offers self-contained cottages with a balcony, just 2 minutes' walk from the center of Franz Josef Glacier and a 3-minute walk from the Glacier Hot Pools. Great hotel, tucked in a quiet street but just a short walk to the main town. Very comfortable stay with all desired amenities. Could park the car right outside the door of the cottage.
