It was our third stay in this hotel over a four years period - and I was always satisfied with this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, spacious room, staff is helpful. This is about 6-7 minutes of walk from the very downtown, close to a grocery market where locals come and buy fruits, meat, etc. in small shops . This market brings some real life feeling to its neigborhood. Safe area, one can walk on streets at night. The fortress (Kalemagdan) is in walking distance (15-20 minutes). Parking available in the basement of the hotel. So, next time in Belgrade - the same hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Traveling with 2 little kids is not always easy but the entire staff made it super fun and easy. Nikola, Miroslav and Mirjana were exceptional.

Excelent staff.Never experinced such excelent service like at Zepter Beograd.Congratulation to the staff!

Location was amazing, walking distance to city center, staff was friendly and super attentive, our stay was short but we really felt welcomed as we came to a family home.

Located in the Savamala neighbourhood in central Belgrade, the stylish Jump INN Hotel offers elegant rooms and suites with free WiFi. Great hotel, room was clean and comfortable, it was the first time in my life i saw little chocolates put on the bed, such a little thing but still makes you feel extra :) I had a chance to speak to 3 employees at the reception and all of them were really nice and helpful.
