It is a kind of empty phrase to state that the staff was friendly and did it best to help, because there are places where even with the best intentions of the staff the service remains poor. Not here. Already the standard service offered was excellent, and the staff not only tried to help, but actually did. The additional services, such as early check-in and the like, meant immense increase in comfort in the given situation.

The location was amazing, easy walking distance to everything Gamla Stan has to offer. Supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Based on reviews from others, I made sure I selected a ground floor apartment and was glad I did :-) The old building is just beautiful, but no elevator means you have to be able to manage bags up and down stairs. Also, the area is limited to cars during certain times. This meant that our driver had to drop us as close to the apartment as possible and then it was dragging our bags over cobblestones for a little way. It was all worth it though! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The huge kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were greeted by Matilda who was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Super nice recepcionist that upgraded our room without a cost. Super comfy beds, well decorated rooms. The best: the breakfast, super varied and delicious food. Also the location is perfect to get around Stockholm. Hope to come back to try the cocktail bar.

Allowed to check-in early free of charge. Exceptional breakfast with a lot of options, including good cheese selection, herring, etc. Good gym. Center location with everything walkable. Room is actually not that small if you have ever been to HK for example. And it has even iron and a board.
