Only 300 metres from Ljubljana's main square and the France Prešeren Statue, the Kollmann Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free laundry service. Conveniently set by the river, all units are fitted with satellite TV, fridge and electric kettle. Excellent location, right in the center of the pedestrian district. 100% would stay here again. Short walk up to the castle, lots of great restaurants/cafes/bakeries/shopping nearby, and a farmer's market in the square. Our room was a corner unit and looked out onto the river. Clean apartment, comfortable bed, and a nice large bathroom area. Check-in/out was easy as the front desk is staffed throughout the day/night. Music from restaurant below the apartment can be heard with windows open but we enjoyed it. Very little noise when windows closed. The area is touristy but not overly busy, very peaceful/safe city (and country) overall.

All rooms are modernly decorated and each room has a different design. Room amenities include a flat-screen cable TV, a minibar and a laptop safe. Each bathroom comprises a hairdryer and either a bathtub or a shower. We stay here regularly and the service, breakfast, cleanliness and availability is constantly good. Great place to stay at if you need rest.

The breakfast is superbly delicious definitely "Include Breakfast" when u book this hotel, it´s really worth it! and the location is very good too, its easy to get to places where i want. And i love the idea of how they send u a QR Code through ur email as ur keycard, just remember to save into ur phone. i would definitely coming back to this hotel again *saved in my hotel list*

A rich buffet breakfast is served each morning. Everything was fabulous! The location is perfect, the staff really helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were brilliant. Lovely room with good water pressure in the shower.

Free on-site parking is available. Comfortable, clean well equipped and cozy apartment although it is a few steps below ground level it is still well lit and has lovely windows overlooking the garden. The garden also has a nice sitting area. The host is very friendly and very helpful. We can definitely come back without hesitation.

Clean, comfortable, great location close enough to everything but just outside the busy area. Staff could not have been more helpful and very friendly.
