I have been to 52 countries and stayed in fine places such as the Oriental in Bangkok but Rabbit has been my favorite. Beautiful traditional wooden villa with balcony blessed by gorgeous sunlight. Stylish bathroom with a study area ideal for writing by the window. Superb, well designed 'quiet' pool area (another for families with kids). Lovely bakery and French bistro all set in an ideal location next to the beach. Wonderful staff and charming, welcoming host.

Pattaya Walking Street is a 15-minute drive from Siam @ Siam Design Hotel Pattaya. U-Tapao Airport is a 45-minute drive from the hotel, while Suvarnabhumi Airport is a 2-hour drive away. Chargeable airport transfer services are also offered. I liked that the room was quiet and the staff was exceptional. It's also situated in the perfect place in central Pattaya. It's near multiple 7-11, next to a night market & Terminal 21, opposite Central Marina, and close to the beach. You also get multiple food shops in walking distance.

I didn't use the facilities so can't really rate them. Location was great, room and balcony very spacious and the price was just half of similar hotels nearby (during NYE)
