However, our second visit was beyond our expectations for one incident happened… We were traveling with two small kids and once we arrived at BKK airport thru hotel shuttle service then we found out missing one phone at the room during our packing. This was our mistake and we called the hotel immediately to see if they found the phone in the room. Luckily, they did retrieve the phone and asked their shuttle driver to deliver it to us at the airport during his next service… hard to express our thankfulness with appreciation about their prompt reaction with agility in taking care of this request in words, I would like to THANK YOU AGAIN for saving us here!!!

Perfect stay for one night before our flight, while travelling with our two cats! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The family room was perfect for the 4 of us with our two cats. We could have our dinner there. We highly recommend this pet friendly hotel near the airport.

Le Crystal Suite Suvarnbhumi Airport est situé à seulement 5 minutes de route de l'aéroport international de Suvarnabhumi. Only stayed one night, while waiting for plane home. The facility was value for money. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it has an onsite small restaurant so we did not have to leave to find dinner. Very short walk to 7/11 and short drive to the airport. Would stay again.

They offer shuttle for 2 persons for small price also then you sure you not taken somewhere else which could happen in public taxi. They speak english have bell boys bring and take suitcases . Its safe good aircon hot shower for us was great.
