And the tiny houses amazing, with small pools. Everything was very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Hotel is situated at the edge of the village, but everything is in walking distance. Same with sandy beach.

Hotel provides a shuttle boat to the beach in 3 minutes. Everything was absolutely fabulous. Even if it's not directly located near the beach, the hotel provides free shuttle boat to private beach. Location near river give this hotel nice charm. Both swimming pools were clean and looked after. Breakfast was delicious, and every day had a different menu. Highly recommend this hotel for your holidays.

The Du Talay is a small family run hotel with 21 cosy rooms under Thai/German management. 4 years ago it was fully renovated.

The rooms are very well equiped. You find a safe, a big wardrobe, a desk, a fridge, a big mirror and a comfy double or twin – beds. You have the possibility to cook tea or coffee. Drinking water is provided every day. We had a great time here, the ladies at the reception desk are very kind and helpful especially the young lady called Kip, she is the sweetest receptionist ever. :)

The bed was amazing comfortable and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Staff were very helpful, you can rent scooters, or the desk will happily call you a taxi. the beach was cool and maybe not a great swimming beach but with water shoes I had no problem. I liked the quiet location a bit away from the main drag. The poll was huge and there were plenty of loungers and towels. The board walk was fine, some folks commented on the condition in other posts. But they were actively replacing weak boards and installing new lighting when I was there. I was in a third-row unit and I felt like it offered great views. especially for the price!! It's Thai style for sure but I just loved it there. I would absolutely return.
