I was surprised by the room quality - everything seems new, nicely decorated. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean - cleaned every day. Kettle in the room, everyday bottle of water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast - variety of choices, buffet with a nice view:) The whole property is nicely decorated. I spent my evening on the terrace. I also appreciate that after my checkout, when I came pack for my backpack, I was able to take a shower and refresh before the flight, they even gave me the towel - very nice, thank you:) They arranged balloon flight - very nice, highly recommended and a green tour - also very recommended:)

Goreme Open Air Museum is only a 3-minute drive away. Sam was extremely warm, helpful and an excellent host. He was responsive to all our needs, including giving us recommendations for places in Göreme and help communicating with tour guides and shuttle drivers. We were well taken care of by Sam and the owner and I highly recommend Kayatas to singles, couples or family alike!

We also can’t forget to mention Vedat, one of the waiters at the hotel. His friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to assist made all the difference. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help us with anything we needed. Beyond the impeccable facilities, the service was simply exemplary. The team was always ready to help with tips, organize tours, and ensure that our experience was the best it could be. Arif Cave Hotel is situated at the top of Göreme and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Within walking distance to the town centre, it features a terrace, a restaurant, and offers free internet access across the premises. Ab absolutely superb stay at Arif Cave Hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, being one of the highest cave hotels in Cappadocia and offering a splendid view of the hot air balloons. For the instagram girlies: The sunrise carpet photos at the terrace with the balloons are beautiful, and for the husbands who carry the bags :p : the walk to the viewpoint of the balloons is literally just 2 minutes from the hotel. So its a win win all the way. The views from the balcony are unmatched. Besides all these points, i think what made our stay absolutely unmatched due to which we have recommended this location to all friends and family hoping to visit soon, was the hospitality of Mr Han. More than a host, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay as if we were family to him. He also helped us book our horse riding and hot air balloon tour, so literally there was nothing to worry about. the street with all main cafes and restaurants is a 7 min walk and the famous carpet shop for photos is a 2 min walk, Attaching some photos here for reference.
