Generous sized rooms in a great location 1 block back from Michigan Ave. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. 24hr security on the door as well.

The location, the room size, the reception staff , everything was fine, I'll surely like to stay once more at the hotel if I visit Chicago again.
