If you arrive by plane on JFK you can take the Air train to Jamaica station and from there metro E or Q60 (check the buses map because starting from late June 2025 the routes in Queens are changing). The hotel is very nice and looks almost new. The room was cleaned everyday, the towels can be changed at request. Our room and bathroom were big. And the walk-in shower was very good! The staff is very friendly and kind. In the lobby you have an area where you can get free water, tea and coffee and also a space where you can eat your food. I don't think they serve breakfast, but they sell some snacks at reception. On the streets around the hotel you will find stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
