Best of both the river and ocean just a few steps away. The breakfast restaurant by the river and the riverside grand deluxe room had amazing views. Our cooking class included a boat ride which felt like a full tour of the river. The free shuttle to and from old town was also so convenient. Very considerate of the hotel to give us a free room upgrade so we could be closer.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The suite itself was spacious, well laid out, and clean. The location was peaceful and quiet. The free bicycles are available anytime you want to go to town. The garden and pool area was very nice for relaxing. We stayed for 3 weeks and really could not have asked for anything better. Exceptional value at this price point.

The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores, tailors, souvenir shops, gyms, yoga centers, mini-marts or even traditional market (Ba Le Market)... Everything was great. I especially liked the warm welcome of the hosts. We felt at home. The house and pool were very clean. This is a great place to stay at Hoi An.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. Absolutely the best place to relax and explore! We originally booked 3 nights but decided to stay for 5 — and still didn’t want to leave. There’s plenty to do around, and we spent three wonderful days exploring the area on a scooter. Everything was simply perfect. The hotel is located in a beautiful colonial-style building, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos — stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything you might need is there. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh water, tea, and coffee replenished daily. We had a room with a large terrace, furnished with chairs and a table — perfect for drying wet clothes after the beach or the pool. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering both Asian and European options. You can even order authentic Vietnamese coffee from the staff — just like in a café. The menu changes every day and includes Vietnamese specialties, so you can try some unique local dishes and sweets. There’s also a swimming pool — a great way to cool off after hot days — and a lovely spa. I had a massage with Cherry and highly recommend her! Cherry is an excellent masseuse and such a kind, warm person. The spa itself is cozy, spotless, and decorated in the same elegant style as the rest of the hotel, with soft background music that truly helps you unwind after a busy day. And finally — the cherry on top — the staff. I couldn’t believe that already on the second day the reception girls remembered our room number (on the 7th floor) and how we liked our coffee at breakfast. They are helpful, smiling, friendly (and speak great English!), always patient and focused on guests, never rushing. Alice and Bee — I’ll always remember you warmly. Thank you again, and we hope to see you next time! Oh, and I almost forgot! The room is quiet! No noise from the air conditioning or the street — perfect for a good night’s sleep. The mattresses are super comfortable, with several pillows — not too hard, unlike in many other places.
