Level of service in hotel was exceptional. Both room service and restaurant staff were great and gave a nice feeling that you are on holiday rather than business trip.

The hotel is placed in a futuristic area. Even if it's a little bit far from the city center (1 hour to Dubai Mall with metro) and 45 minutes with taxi from the aeroport, but you have the metro station 5 minutes walking. Only for the amazing breakfast, the hotel should be placed to a 4* stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean every day, lots of amenities, fresh bottle of water daily, the oud smell and the great space in the reception.. all 👍 The Dom feels like avatar scene, really cool. You can buy a pass for visiting the Expo 2020. Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.

Location was excellent with many restaurants and other food outlets nearby. Beach within walking distance and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I was there for 5 nights before moving next door to an apartment as the rest of my work team arrived. The staff were very helpful especially Ali from the concierge desk who actually rolled my bags and boxes across to Al Fattan towers as they didn’t have a luggage trolley. Besides that Ali was really good from the first day I arrived and made me feel welcomed and was ever ready to provide assistance whenever needed. Will definitely be back.
