From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with incredible attention to detail in every corner! The room was spacious, amazing view, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.

Good location, nice pool area and beach is close, clean and accessible easily.
They have a system that if you do not request cleaining, you are rewarded with a drink coupon in the restaurant, which we enjoyed.
Staff is nice and polite.
Gym is well equipped and nice.
For half-board guests, you can have dinner either in the buffet restaurant or in the two other restaurants of the hotel you can choose 3 courses from the menu.

This probably the best hotel in Jumeirah Dubai, next to Nakeel Mall shopping, eating and best palm Jumeirah views monorail, what you don’t have. Our rooms were family connecting room but you have to stay here to understand.

The staff are indeed friendly, cooperative, decent and very responsive.
