From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with incredible attention to detail in every corner! The room was spacious, amazing view, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.

I loved the hotel and especially the staff. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. The staff was always trying to exceed our expectations. I celebrated my birthday there and amazing Swam offered me beautiful room for this occasion. I will never forget this gesture. The staff brought me also birthday cake and I felt very special on my birthday. I will definitely come back because of amazing treatment I received.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The food was delicious, well done to the chefs. Overall, I had a great experience with the Raffles The Palm, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

This hotel is one of the nicest properties i have stayed in around the world. From the second you walk through the doors, you are taken care of. The great restaurants within the property (Sushi Samba, Signor Sassi), were on my list for Dubai so having them upstairs was an added bonus. The property is also attached to Nakheel Mall, so its the perfect Dubai stay.
