We booked two rooms, both of which were comfortable, clean (thanks to Suwas) and had beautiful views. The check-in staff (Jitendra and Zakir) were very nice and helped us with several things, including booking a taxi.

Carpets are very soft. Rooftop pool in the afternoon is very relaxing. Very good value for money.

The place was amazing, clean and very family friendly if you've got kids. The staff were so helpful to an extent that once they see you in the lobby they start asking you if they can get you a taxi and any other thing you will need. House keeping team were also amazing. They always kept the room very clean everyday. Restaurant staff especially at Club Lounge 29 were extremely helpful and served us good delicacies. Hotel is very close to the Metro if wanna use the train and had a hospital in about 10mins away from it which made it quite good incase of any health emergencies. The hotel was close to some attractive sites like the Miracle Gardens, The Palm Jumeirah, Global Village, Outlet Mall, Ski Dubai inside the Mall of the Emirates which were all 10-15mins drive to reach. Accessibility walkway for disabled people was also available. They had swimming pools for both Adults and Children as well. Overall we had an very nice experience with during our family vacation.
