The room was very clean and the heater worked well. Transport right in front of hotel allowed easy access to the city centre. The staff were also very friendly.

An amazing hotel, the service is great, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a bit outside the city on some hill, so you better be with car or ready to walk a little bit to the nearest bus or s-bahn station, but it's worth every step, the view is just astonishing and the place is so quiet and picturesque.

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. Great room with gods coffee. Having a CD player and a selection of Music available was a great touch in Salzburg. Small details are looked after like serving honey from the bees in the garden at breakfast just a great place to stay!
