I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motel22 in Vienna. The studio was impeccably clean and cosy, with a thoughtful touch of Manner Wafers on each pillow. Everything was beyond our expectations, very clean apartment, modern and cozy in a very quiet modern area, fully equipped.The neighbourhood it self looks newish, modern, quiet, felt safe all the time.
The apartment comes with a indoor parking space, which is very convenient.
The owner very polite, responsive and ready to help with anything and provided us with coffee capsules for the coffee machine.
Checking in and out were very easy.
We are more than happy with this choice.

The area was excellent, with beautiful nature and a quiet street. The parking for a car was near (8 minutes on foot), and the metro station with the connection to everywhere was also 8 minutes on foot. The view of the lake was beautiful. Accommodation was clean and romantic, and the owner was helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Absolute dream of an apartment. Made a last minute booking and was lucky to find this gem. Located a bit far from the center but as we were driving it actually suited us better. Free street parking in the neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was immaculate, from the beds and the bathroom to the kitchen and the backyard patio. Self check in but easy instructions and great communication by the owner. Would absolutely stay here again!
