The location of the hotel is perfect. All the main sights of Vienna are within walking distance. The hotel is new, cleanliness is maintained daily, air conditioning worked properly in the room. The room is very cozy and stylish, the mini-bar is well stocked. I want to note Shukhran and Snezhana, they assisted me well with early check-in and check-out. I wish the hotel grateful customers and that they do not lose the high quality of the services offered.

Staff at the Hotel were so friendly and helpful. A big welcome from reception on arrival A gem of a hotel. Our bar host Sabri was very welcoming and Adelina at breakfast was very welcoming and chatty also. Room was amazing and beds so comfortable. Spoiled for choice at breakfast.

A classic Viennese-style hotel with history. I really liked the beautiful hotel public spaces, feeling like in a palace. One day there was a coffee machine in the lobby for free. Our rooms are classic, spotlessly clean. Breakfast fits the bill, although the variety could be more special. Delicious coffee to order. Very nice staff. We went to the airport in a booked spacious black car with a fixed price of the hotel.
