Location was excellent. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Quick and easy check in and out. Room was beautiful. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom luxurious and modern. On retrospect I think booking a wharf side room rather than city side would have been worth the extra as the wharf view was amazing and I was a bit sorry I had decided to save the money and not book it. Hotel was close to wharf where there were great restaurant choices and also to the city. The tours left from the wharf less than 5 minutes away. The Sky Bus from the airport was reasonably prices and stopped just outside the hotel.

We arrived late evening due to delayed flights and were welcomed so warmly by the lady on reception and a warm fire in reception. We were staying for 5 nights and were upgraded to a queen suite with views and wow did that make our stay extra special, seeing those views the next morning was breathtaking and the suite was large and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfy, the walk in shower was great and the whole hotel was spotless clean. We enjoyed some amazing food in the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and dinner, would certainly recommend eating there. Our stay was outstanding.

This is staffless / self check in style of apartments…it was so easy to enter with a too location. The apartment was quiet and large with mini kitchen …great views over Salamanca which is the heart of the city…coffee bar, juices, sushi, alcohol, everything available in the small shopping centre under.
