Location is fantastic, near tram lines and walking distance of all major sights. Great variety of excellent restaurants on the. doorstep.
The everything is free policy is so clever and makes you feel you are not being ripped off with the mini bar. Friendly helpful staff. Funky decor and great shower.

I liked the layout of the room as if it was my own little apartment. It made the stay feel very cosy and comfortable. The rooms also had a lot to offer - good space, a bath (which makes a nice change from just having a shower) comfortable bed, sofa, and a little kitchenette. It was nice to stay somewhere that didn't feel like your general hotel room. The location was also really good. It was very handy having a woolies round the corner, coffee shops next door (that also serve really good coffee) and a straight walk to the Melbourne central mall. It's easy to see that the hotel genuinely wants you to feel at home in the city!
