The location of the property is excellent. The place is cozy, clean and spacious. Facilities provided including washing and drying machine are in excellent condition, which is indeed useful as we were staying there for 10 days. Staff are polite and helpful. Our requests were fully addressed.

Our stay at the Docklands luxury apartment was absolutely amazing! The stunning water views made the whole experience so relaxing for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub, and only wished we could have stayed a little longer. Some of our favorite moments were reading on the balcony, sharing a glass of wine with my husband while taking in the views, and creating unforgettable memories with the kids. The owner Rory, was very responsive and supportive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful stay that we highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property. A group of 3 ladies one of us elected to sleep on the fold out bed and it was very comfortable. There is plenty of space. Great cooking faculties, a wash machine plus drier. Cosy and comfortable! It is in a perfect spot with Town Hall tram stop right outside. You can connect easily to almost everywhere. Direct line to Southern Cross for catching the Skybus or regional trains. Lumi has a quirky style that makes staying interesting. I recommend their accommodation to my friends and family and happily recommend it to Booking.com people too.
