The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

I randomly picked this place without much thought, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! The host was super attentive and friendly — I also loved the paintings on the walls, which I later found out were created by the host personally. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk to the train station, restaurants, bars, and shops, yet it’s still peaceful and quiet inside.

Four Seasons service is unmatched! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They do go the extra mile to make sure your stay goes well. I really do appreciate that they can accommodate for an early check in (with prior notice) which is always an expectation at a 5* hotel. The location was perfect - just a few steps away from the rocks and circular quay and 10min from all the shopping. Its surrounded by an array of restaurants and the views of the opera house are amazing.

Featuring a casino, a day spa and 20 bars and restaurants, The Darling at The Star is just 650 metres from Cockle Bay.
