Very good location, 5 minutes walk to Midi Station (metro, train). Breakfasts not included. Apartment No. 2 at the 2nd floor is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided, simply great. Nobody bothered us whatsoever, the neighborhood is neutral / rather friendly. Apartment is located near Lidl if you need groceries, also Carrefour Express is available at Midi Station. Please be careful when climbing steep steps in the building. Door code and key box work very well. Midi Station apartment staff was invisible, though caring and doing everything in due time. Good job, Midi Station :-)

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Van Belle! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay except electric kettle, tea and coffee stuff, but this is just my need (Really love tea almost every minute) nothing to complain about hotel though. One of the highlights was the cozy bed with fluffy pillows, lovely views on garden and squeaky bathroom ^^ The restaurant/bar was exceptional, offering reaaaaaly good tomato soup and delicious bread with butter. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions and walk arounds. Overall, the attention to detail and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels. Thank you, Hotel Van Belle, for such an amazing experience - I hope to return soon! Best wishez

The quad room that we booked were really comfortable for 4 - mind you not kids but 4 full grown adults. Beds were comfortable, with Airton too which is rare in Europe. Slightly on cramped side but we still had space to open up luggages and pack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms

The people working there were exceptionally friendly. One of my best experiences ever and an example for other hotels. Also very close the train station midi-sud if you prefer it.

Very close to Brussels Midi which is convenient as we're using Brussels as base to go to other cities via train. Apartment was clean, with high ceilings so it didn't feel cramped inside, sufficient appliances and facilities that suited our needs perfectly!
