I really liked everything in regards to our stay. Excellent customer service. All logic questions you may have in regards to your stay at the accommodation are covered in one way or another. You can tell the service has been thought through well. You are also provided with helpful information in regards to visiting Gent itself, which was much appreciated. We had a family studio and it was nice, spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds even though they are a bit small. The latter can be said of the hotel in general. Cleaning staff was also really nice. Leaving our car behind pre check-in would have been no issue, but as it turned out we were able to check-in well before the designated check-in time too, which was a pleasant surprise. Of course it has to be said that this was not in a busy season, but still. Parking is in a safe closed off area. The breakfast was included and is really good. Being from mainland Europe, continental is just fine for us and the selection and set up were nice. The proximity to the centre of Gent is perfect in my opinion. A nice 10 to 15 minutes leisurly walk is all it takes through a nice neigbourhood. Very little noise from the streets at night also. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient position for business travel, just opposite the hotel you have an Albert Heijn for your shopping, apreciated underground private parking, great with rain. Nice room, quiet and clean. Good restaurant for dinner and amazing breakfast.

The staff are very attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is ideally located and has car parking, which sadly isn’t included for guests and has to be paid for separately.

A very nice hotel. The restaurant for the breakfast is a little small (we had to wait a little bit because there was a bus full of chinese travelers, who, after eating, were looking on some maps. The people from The front desk were very-very helpful. Thanks for everything. There is A nice restaurant near the hotel, too.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre.
