We had an excellent room with canal view and the location is great. Staff is very nice and we particularly enjoyed the smiling face that met us both mornings at breakfast.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beyond anything I had imagined. It was spacious, clean, the bathtub was huge, the bathroom products smelled heavenly. The artwork was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to the city center and the July summer festival. The aircon was perfect and easy to customise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Lena, Doreen, Danté, Orlande and the entire team. Bravo! 10 out of 10 in every category.

Clean, perfectly situated close to a lot of bars and restaurants, yet quiet and cozy. The Appartment was in great condition and there was everything we needed for a coffee and preparing breakfast.

The apartment was so much bigger than expected and the bed was huge and so comfortable. It's location is right in the heart of everything. We had an amazing stay and the owners were so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend this property as it's such good value for money. We will definitely return! Thank you.

Excellent hotel room after fresh renovation - everything is new and clean. Modern design, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice linen. 10 minutes walk to the city center in one direction and 5 minutes to paid parking in the other (Parking Tolhuis (Tolhuislaan 77/79), 9.50 euros per day). Breakfast was good but bit expensive.

The room including shower was very elegant. The bed was also soft. Although, we didnt expect that there was no closing partition between the bed and toilet and shower. The staff were also friendly and approachable. We had an issue with the shower and they fixed right away. Highly recommended.

The host is willing - there was option left the luggage before the check-in, and the communication was great. The flat is nice and comfy with useful utilities. The bathroom was really clean.
