1. The location was excellent right near important areas and rest of the viewing locations are also not far away. 2. We loved the breakfast and almost every item was really sumptuous 3. The room size was great - I traveled with a toddler. My parents had a room with a view. Both the restaurant dinner waitress and Slavka at breakfast made me and my family feel very welcome, and comfortable. Chefs made a special birthday cake. The rooms views are the best in the city, Spa was 5* quality. The hotel feels brand new.

Absolute fantastic fittings and facilities in the apartment. A cozy little paradise. Supermarket and Mall of Sofia next door for easy shopping. Great shout out for the lovely, flashint washing machine, really made life a lot easier.

Very nice lady at the reception, helped with every issue. The room was very clean and very large The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of food (too few tables in the restaurant in relation to the number of guests)

The hotel features very large rooms (more than 50m2/500sqft) and great views over Sofia and a large park nearby from the upper floors. The beds are very comfortable and huge. The bathrooms feature a shower and a very large bathtub (I'm 6 foot). Everything was super clean and the room service was very quick and super helpful. We ordered food for in-room dinging and it was very delicious (I can really recommend the mixed cheese board). Again the food came super quick and the service was very attentive. Parking is very convenient since there was ample space in the complimentary parking garage below. You can go directly form the garage to your floor if necessary.
