Cracking hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful - go all inclusive - it really is worth the extra and basically 95% is included - it’s clearly stated on all the menu’s what’s not included. The staff are nice, very helpful. One staff can speak English and spanish which is a plus! He let us the shower room (she threw up at the restaurant) of one of the hotel rooms since we’ve already checked out. The pool is nice, you can see the dune from there. Breakfast and location are okay.
