I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. The breakfast was outstanding. Delicious and the service was excellent. Mario and Fernando were attentive and helpful. The venue was always clean and the food was well prepared. The portions were satisfying. The location was ideal about 8 minutes walk to the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel.

We had an amazing experience with this host! Due to a mistake on our part, we originally booked a room for three adults instead of four adults and one child. The host contacted us promptly, was incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help us find a more suitable room within the same property at no extra cost.
