Great room, great bathroom, comfy bed, very quiet (close to a busy street but can’t hear anything inside so slept like a baby). Awesome location, close to bars, restaurants, cafes, everything you need. Absolutely loved it.

We loved the snack bar area, the location, and how the pull out bed had a door so it felt like a second bedroom! Great shower, room was clean, and they did let us keep our luggage after checkout before our flight.

The staff were very responsive, helpful, and professional. Their work definitely have made up for the trouble we had. The location was great, right by the most convenient metro station(Berri-UQAM) in the city. Shower’s water pressure and temperature control was great, self-serve snack/coffee was very helpful. Balcony was lovely too!
