The staff were simply exceptional! So friendly, helpful and kind. The room was so comfy and plenty big for my teenager and I. The Niagara Outlet Mall right across the Hotel was also an excellent discovery. All in all, superb place to stay.

The proximity to the falls was great. Just a 10-15 minute walk which was a bonus.
