Really great basement suite in peaceful quiet part of Kitsilano right by the park. Cozy generous lounge space to relax in, with sunshine in the morning at cute breakfast table, and lamps and blankets in the evening. Nice interior. Comfy bed and sheets, good kitchen, laundry, everything you need. Easy private access, and very close walking distance to shops, supermarket, good food, and right on the bus lines between the city and UBC. Hope to visit again next time

Excellent location for Downtown Vancouver sightseeing. Very comfortable beds with sleeping options for a large group. Beautiful flowers in the back yard.

THE ROOM WAS ROOMY, THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, the facilities were as described. Having washing & drying facilities was very helpful.

The bedroom was really cozy and neat. The curtains were totally black out and we loved, so we could sleep more. The customer service was amazing, all of them were polite. And the hotel definitely stunning. Loved the decor.
