Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

Lovely staff, a great location right opposite the station( we were travelling by train) and a 15 minute walk to the lake. there is a lovely cafe downstairs with Swiss delights, and a small supermarket accross at the station . It is near plenty of shops and bars. the room was well decorated and clean.

The hotel attended our expectations and needs perfectly. The room is big and spacious, and the decoration is also very pleasant with all the facilities. Apart from that, it is also an amazing option to those who will be arriving at the train station with luggage, since the hotel is located exactly in front of the Bessières station, so you don't have to carry your bags all the way up by feet. In general, the hotel is great and the location is perfect. You can access it directly from Lausanne Gare within 3 stops (less than 10 minutes) and it is also close to a lot many touristic spots in the city.

Upon arrival, they generously upgraded my room to accommodate my request for a peaceful environment, and it made all the difference. Additionally, despite my early arrival at around Ten in the morning, they kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost, understanding my exhaustion from a long train journey. Their thoughtfulness and dedication truly exemplify the quality of service at this establishment. Aside from the outstanding staff, the hotel's prime location, right next to Lausanne Central Station and with a bus stop nearby, made getting around a piece of cake.
