Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region

Easy to get to by car and with plenty of inexpensive parking. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Electric kettle and mini fridge in the room. And as hotel guests, you get free use of buses to Luzern Altstadt

Very clean room and common parts.
Comfortable and very quiet room.
Nice and easy communication with host. Towels and toothbrush/paste left on the bed for our convinience (with a swiss chocolate).
