The property was charismatic, comfortable and beautiful and in a great position, an easy walk to and from the train station. We loved the bar with the open fire.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

As the first hotel ever built in Zermatt, the Monte Rosa is located right in the centre of the village and 400 metres from Zermatt Train Station.

Due to the closure, I was given Mont Cervin Palace which absolutely is stunning. Good facilities, cute horse carriage pick-up service from train station. You have to try the gelato from the restaurant, it is top-class!

The hotel is in a really quiet spot with a great view of the mountain! The staff were pretty amazing with me when I had a migraine and made a custom soup that was not on the menu so I could eat something. The bedroom was suuuuuuuuper comfortable!! The shower was amazing.
