My stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful and memorable. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service that instantly made me feel welcome. The room itself exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and boasted stunning views of the surrounding lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep amd two additional small pillows greatly improved the quality of sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great too, like the soundproof walls and quiet-flushing toilet. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail truly set it apart from others. The location of the apartment is simply super. The only "noice" comes from the train passing close by, but that didn't bother us at all. Other than that it's really peacefull and beautiful area. You feel safe and calm. Stores and restaurants are close by and you get around by train pretty easily. Esther is a wonderful and kind hostess and we felt very welcome to her home. Everything was nice and clean and the place had everything we needed: a huge bedroom, kitchen, toilet&shower and a balcony with a stunning view to the lake Zürich. We would definitely recommend if you appreciate a peaceful stay.

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The staff is awesome and professional ! This hotel is so clean ! And it is quiet ! I love this hotel. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh products. (Their salmon is incredibly good 🤭). Then the restaurant is amazing too ! This hotel definitely deserves its 4 stars ! I’ll be back ! 😊

Beautiful setting with the Suisse Alps as background. Quaint atmosphere being in a former monastery turned education and retreat center. Food in the little cafe-restaurant excellent. Definitely would stop there again if in the neighborhood.

The Guggital Hotel Restaurant offers an extraordinary view over the roofs of Zug towards the lake, and is far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city.
