Amazing hotel in a beautiful area of Santiago City. It is all restored so everything is new and clean. Superb restaurant with good variety and great quality. Déco is quite interesting and well displayed.

Room: very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and gave us a room with a beautiful front view. Bathroom: modern-integrated into the room, with glass walls. Shower was very relaxing, with its high pressure. Breakfast was very good although there wasn't a great variety of items. The restaurant is on the top of the building, so you have a very nice view of the city. The hotel is in a safe area and in a walking distance of Parque Arauco Shopping. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

I arrived early in the morning and was planning to leave my bags behind the desk and come back for my 3pm check in. But, the receptionist said my room was ready and allowed us to go ahead in as a courtesy. Usually they charge half-night rates for this kind of thing. I was really grateful and got an hour of sleep after the long flight. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The area around the hotel was safe for walking and full of restaurants as well. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of an Air BNB and the price was very competitive compared to what we received.

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. The size of the room and the shower cubicle was enormous. Best shower ever. Loved the view of Parque Bicentario and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
