The room was amazing and the service impeccable. They helped me with everything I needed and everyone that worked in the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. There's a gentleman that speaks perfect English in case you don't know Chinese or don't speak it very well. The bed was to die for, I've never slept so well in my life. It's close to renmin university, the subway, a mall, some fast food shops and right in front of a convenience store. It's worth every penny.

Everything was good, I liked more the location because it’s very convenient, close to the metro station and neighbourhood is nice. Hotel staff is friendly, especially Peter from Concierge. The hotel room was clean and had everything necessary.

Super friendly and helpful staffs. The location was good for easy street walks and in a walking distance to Houhai. If you don’t mind a little walk and plan to take the train around it’s a really nice hotel. However if you plan to take taxi it can be a little tricky to come back to the hotel as the road to the hotel is small, many driver may find it’s hard to get in. However there will be no problem leaving the hotel by taxi as the hotel staffs will help you book one. They provide free laundry.
