everything....exceptional staff namely Frank and Kimberly, the whole front desk staff and porter who carried my bag all the way to my room and not forgetting the chambermaids. For once, upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with English spoken staff...no google translation needed.

Perfect Iocation, very authentic design as you stay in ancient Chinese courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. Then only disadvantage were smoking neighbors and smoke that ventilated directly into the room.

very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel

Staff at reception was wonderful and extremely helpful to get me wherever I wanted to go. Dorms are a good size, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, showers hot water anytime of day. Everything was good, and I will be back in the future
