Everything about this property is perfect. The place feels like home, the bed is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and very modern. The uncle from the Inn will also meet you at the gate of the Old town and help you out with your luggage. But most of all, Mandy (manager) is super duper friendly and will help you out a lot. She managed to book me a last minute tour to the Yulong Snow Mountain. You can also do your laundry for free! Mandy helped me out to transfer my clothes to the dryer as I was exhausted coming from the day tour. She also prepared breakfast for me to take. This is the best Inn I’ve stayed so far. Will definitely come back!!

The hotel felt really homey, like staying with family. The rooms had that traditional wooden decor but were kitted out with super modern stuff! The staff were so friendly and joyful, we had a great chat in English with Joye. Would recommend 100%!

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to explore the old town. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Jimmy, in particular, made our stay even better. He answered every question we had, organised everything, was a tour guide for the day, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. + The Inn is conveniently located in Lijiang Ancient Town, close to a variety of food options and shops. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the main road, making it easy to catch transportation to other attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with an electric heating blanket, which kept us warm during the freezing temperatures. Mandy, the Inn Keeper, was exceptionally warm and helpful. On our first day, she had arranged for someone to come pick us up from the drop off so we do not need to drag our heavy luggage on the uneven stone pavement. She also provided valuable tips on navigating the area and shared recommendations on what to explore. She even went the extra mile by preparing sandwiches for us when we had to leave early before breakfast. We would absolutely return to this charming inn in the future!

A 10 star rating is an understatement for the hospitality and warmth we received. The location is beautiful, a stunning terrace with an overview of the old town, lots of plants and pretty flowers. We got a room upgrade for free and the room was spacious, well equipped (best equipped room in fact we had in China). You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail was put into the design of this accomodation. The location is very central yet quiet at night. The highlight of it all was the lovely, generous and genuine owner. She took time to recommend us great restaurants and vegetarian dishes. Checked in on us regularly to make sure we are having a great time. And when I was sick she even brought food and medicine. It felt like home and being taken care of by family. I have never experienced such a hospitality and am very grateful. I highly, highly recommend this place when you're visiting Yunnan. The owner has travelled all over the world and has lots of interesting stories and insights to share, definitely recommend you to have a chat with her over tea.
